READY FOR INTERNSHIP

Which of your Year Up skills do you anticipate you’ll get to display first?
The main skills that I want to display at my internship would have to be time management and also my motivation and drive. With these skills that I have inquired I believe I would be able to complete my internship as well as I would like to. My energy and eagerness will help me to stay grounded in my work life.

What kind of manager do you think you will work well under?
I would love a manger that will be understanding and can challenge me to do more and to take on task that I know I will be efficient in. I wouldn’t mind having a manger that can help me to grow as a person and to help me with my growth area’s by giving me feedback on what I need to change and improve on.
What anxieties (if any) do you have about your internship?
Some of my anxieties that I have for internship would have to be making a mistake and not knowing how to fix it. With the drive I have and the motivation and the support, hopefully these skills can help me to find a solution to the mistake.

How do you plan to stand out while at your internship?
By being creative and seeing where the company may need improvements and being able to add new and fresh ideas to the company. I have a skill for seeing the program or product and seeing where it can be made or efficient or how it can appeal to others.

How do you plan to demonstrate that you are dependable, positive, and eager while at your internship?
I plan to show up to work with a bright smile and a ready to work attitude. I have wanted to show the professional side of me to myself and the world. I will demonstrate my eagerness by taking on task that no one will or just added and input when needed. Being a team player is a huge thing for me anything that a member ask me to do I will and if a team member isn’t there is no problem for me to call or txt or email the individual and ask if they need help or if it would be okay if I can take their part over if needed.
